On April 21, every student from Westminster congregated on Broyles Field to celebrate the great career of Scoot Dimon. In the morning, students received a green Dimon day t-shirt and welcomed Mr. Dimon to school. During the actual celebration, the lower, middle, and upper schools celebrated Mr. Dimon and his family, featuring songs, skits, and speeches. Rambler, Mr. Dimon’s dog, received a dog-ploma and became an official member of the alumni of Westminster.

What a nice tribute this is to Mr. Dimon. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of his voice in the story. Mr. Dimon will be greatly missed!

That was a day we will never forget! Music by upper school, middle school and lower school students, “What Would Dimon Do?”, a dogploma for Rambler, and beautiful blessings to send us on our way!
Thank you for reporting on this day and for reminding us again how much fun it was for everyone.
